We have a Policy for all Members and Support Staff:
ONLY FOOD OR DRINK PURCHASED FROM TUCK
CAN BE EATEN/DRANK AT CLUB. WE RELY ON TUCK TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING REDUCED COST OUTINGS, CHRISTMAS MEAL. IT ALSO INCLUDES THE REPLACEMENT OF DISCO ITEMS, CRAFT NIGHT ITEMS AND THE GIFTS AT CHRISTMAS.

All bookings need to be in an envelope, clearly labelled with Home/Individual members name & activity it is for, with money & completed form. We receive money with no details and this is causing extra work to sort out. Please note a receipt may not be written on the night, but not until we have cleared the persons entering to take pressure off the person dealing with payments.
