The Golden Triangle Club is run by volunteers who are passionate about providing a club for adults with Learning Disability in the Forest of Dean and beyond. We provide a safe place for people to enjoy a mixed selection of activities and disco's, including themed disco's. See Diary page for full details of events.
Registrations: we need TWO EMAIL ADDRESSES for Homes.
Please make sure your information is updated when members change address etc. Changes to be passed on to us to enable us to have up to date information available in an emergency.
All information is kept confidential as per Data Protection Laws.
Membership Forms -
All indviduals and Homes must complete a membership form at the start. We upate information yearly and/or when changes occur. Ensure you are registered so that you comply with our policies, constitution and insurance!!
Our Club is aware of the diversity of needs of our members and hope that they have a great time, without issues. However, the committe sometimes need to deal with things that are found not to be in the spirit of the service we provide and will deal with this as a priority, to ensure a safe place to be.
We expect staff to support their Service Users with a view to making the evening a great one. Staff to Limit mobile phone use to work related emergency/urgency, following your companies Policy and Procedure.
When supporting at outside events please stay with the person/s you are supporting in order to deal with any issues that arise - Volunteers pay for their activities and are not there to offer direct support at outside events.
For all complaints, concerns and problems please put in writing and email thegoldentriangleclub@gmail.com. DO NOT send instant messages on facebook. All letters will be read immediately and we will investigate the issues raised.
Please nte we do not deal with issues that are outside club hours. Please follow the appropriate route for incidents outside of our club hours!
We can supply T-shirts, Hoodies and Fleeces at a cost (prices can vary) with the club logo embroidered on them.
Colours available are dependant on supplier.

Events include: Discos; Crafts; BBQ's; Skittles; Movies; Bowling; Pantomimes; Games in the Park; Games/Bingo; Dinner Disco's etc.
ALL OUR MEMBERS AND GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THEMSELVES TO AND FROM LYDNEY COMMUNITY CENTRE - NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Minibus - May be available for external events.

We have 3 members who show an interest in our committee.
VOLUNTEERS - if you can spare an hour or two on Tuesday evening (this does not have to be every week) to help set up or help out in any way, extra hands are always needed.
